You will meet with one of our highly skilled designers via video call, to get to know you and your specific style, silhouette and any design requirements. Your designer will guide you from initial sketches, through to when that green box arrives at your door.

Once you’ve collaborated with your dedicated designer and discussed style, budget and all other important details, you will receive a mood board outlining all possible designs.

Our designer will help you choose from the different diamond shapes and sizes, to best fit your tailored requirements. You’ll also get to learn some of the basics along the way, including the 4Cs and how they are made in the lab.

To make your engagement ring even more unique, our designer will show you how you can customise your chosen style to make it extra special.

Once you confirm you are happy with your ring design, we will finalise it and ask to receive a 50% deposit, which will enable us to begin production in our atelier in Antwerp. You’ll be kept up to date with the whole process, so you can follow the journey of your piece from design to creation.

Your bespoke piece is finally ready! At this point of the process we ask to receive the remaining 50% of the fee, then we will ship your bespoke piece straight out to you.
