At Amaraa, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our fine jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Accompanied by all original packaging and tags
  • Returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our Client Care team at info@amaraa.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with step-by-step instructions for sending your item back.

Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are excluded from return, including:

  • Final sale items and gift cards
  • Items that pose a safety risk (e.g., flammable materials)

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved. This ensures the fastest service and availability of your preferred piece.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
