Shipping Details

  • Shipping Carrier: DHL Express
  • Order Processing: In-stock items ship within 7 working days. Made-to-order jewelry may take up to 3 weeks.
  • Engagement Rings: Custom-made rings ship in 6–8 weeks. Ready-to-ship designs are dispatched within 10 days.
  • Shipping From: All orders are shipped from Dubai.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order is packed and ready to go.

Can I Track My Package?

Absolutely! As soon as your jewelry is packed, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received it yet, please reach out to us at info@amaraa.com with your order number — we’ll take care of it right away.

Can’t See Same Day Delivery or Collection?

If you don’t see the collection option at checkout, it likely means the item isn’t in stock at our store. You can still complete your purchase and choose regular delivery.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery country. You’ll see the exact cost before you complete your order.

When Will My Order Arrive?

International Shipping & Import Taxes

We ship worldwide via DHL Express.
Import taxes and duties are not included in the price at checkout. These will be charged upon delivery by your country’s customs authority.
